I have been a Master Droid Eng since the beginning....

This is the worst thing they could have done to droid eng...

I have spent all day exsperimenting with my droids making them out of the best materials I have all 950% plus.

Just to have my best customers tell me sory Amola but these really suck.

I feel your pain, I'm just glad I got out while I did. There are other professions that are fun still tho. What scares me the most is that SOE thinks this was a good thing. Kinda makes me wonder about the combat balance in pub8. I'm going to make as much money now because I'm afraid I'm not gonna be any tougher than a noob with a cdef when it comes out.

I hear you on the customers saying they really suck.. but i've spent the second half of today explaining why there are no battle droids in the game... thank you very much for making that wallpaper soe... you really made my life easy

that wall paper is enormously irresponsible. every single player of this game who does not frequent these boards thinks that the droid invasion means that the droids in that wall paper are now available for purchase.

I don't know, most of my customers don't really care too much about the stats, they just want to play around with them. I've had a couple people complain that they're worthless, but most of them get one or two just to try them out anyway. I've been marketing them more as entertainment during combat or in general just something diferent.

Oh. I do think I will be able to sell some. I'm not worried about that. I'm upset about that stupid wall paper, because of how misleading it is. I'm not upset that I don't get to craft the droids in that wall paper. I'm upset because SOE has implicitly led all my customers to believe that I can craft all the droids in that wall paper.

that is most definately pissing me off. Most of my regular customers are just confused and those that haven't gotten a droid from me before think I really can build the droid but won't sell it to them.

One interesting thing I have gotten quite a few people asking for is high leve CH droids... I guess someone started a rumor that there would be high level droids for CH's.

I completely agree, the 1st thing I did this morning was go to the 1st MDE I saw and ask what new models they got. They said none, I said thx anyway. At no time did I see anyone /shout "WTB combat droid" today. I did see ppl gawking at me in my tusken wear and on my bantha tho. I am totally amazed that they called this the droid invasion. When I saw that wallpaper I figured SWEET we get 2 new droids. As a former MDE I feel your pain. Maybe pub8 will get you guys something.

I been in tell hell since oh 2pm central time till 11 pm. I had to goto afk with a explanation "I CANT MAKE THE DROIDS IN THE WALL PAPER". I had people place orders to test the droids out in which I had to knock 4 harvs down to get more factories up. I got into one arguement with person telling meto make a droideka for him. After 15 min of saying no I cant their is no schematic for it I had to put him on ignore. One DE went as far as to do yells in corornet starport stating this was not possible but people still asked for them.

SOE you need to fix your **edit** up now putting us DE's in this mess. Yes I love the new build but man dont post a picture with nothing we cant make. Just imagine the people who couldnt log on today and will tomarrow asking this same crap.
