How is it that original Probots with 3150 HAM ... 120-130 dmg... 20% resists all were so over-powered they had to be removed when you now have an AT-ST with 18,000 HAM... 1200 dmg... 70-100% resist? The reasoning for nerfing the Probots was that anyone could use one... but am I wrong or can't any imperial use an AT-ST? Or better yet... up to 3 AT-STs at a time?!?!

If you say they must earn it by gaining 9000 faction points... BLAH... you can run delivery missions all day long and gain faction points. And (even though they may be removing it), you can currently trade an AT-ST to any other player similar to trading a pet.

I'm tired of seeing how the AT-ST are or are not over-powered when it comes to PvP... they are MOST DEFINITELY over-powered when it comes to PvE. I watched someone with his single AT-ST solo Kimogilas on Lok... he killed at least 7 in a row in around 15 minutes... and never once got hit ... and his AT-ST was still at about 1/3 health.

Because, droids in starwars were overpowered.

You remember those droids that made Qui Gon(spelling, sorry) and Obi Wan run away in Episode I?

Well, luke had no problem taking down AT-AT's in Episode 5, and he was a jedi.

So droids > imperial fighting vehicles.

You know what bugs me, I've seen Imps raiding Moenia possessing 2 AT-ST's a piece, and I assume they can do 3. First of all, i'm a rebel, so this bugs me a lot. However, my Probots were nerfed because "anyone can have one." Only difference with AT-STs is that "Anyone who's Imperial can have one." Really balanced there...

Yea, the AT's are so overpowered when my friend was telling me how he and one other person took down an AT on their own.

Yeah Nell he was lieing his azz off to , Tonight i was in theed and was watching 1 single AT-ST vs 9 to 12 Rebs. after all the Rebs 5th or 6th try and not even getting it down to 3 quarters they all had wounds soo bad that more thanhalf of their HAM wasblack . So this being proven to mine own eyeballs I'd be more then sceptical when some non-JEDI comes up to me and says how him andone other single person took one of those things out LOL . Cause that is totally impossible unless perhaps they have opened a certain secret slot?If they did then perhaps you wouldnt mind shareing that secret? plz plz plz

The "secret" to taking down AT-STs (And Dark Jedi), so I've heard, is to get in some good Heart Shots and get them bleeding. Then just stay out of the way.

Don't ask me why an AT-ST bleeds, but unless they changed it recently, it sounds like they do.

Rifleman and a few bounty hunters with knockdown is all you need. Just bleed it.

How is it that everyone keeps missing my point? I could CARE LESS about any issues regarding an AT-ST and PvP. My point is that surely there isn't anyone out there that feels these AT-STs aren't severelymore over-powering than a Probot or 3 Rancors ever thought of being? Someone felt that both of those require substantial 'adjustments'... what I don't understand is how that same person must think an AT-ST is acceptable?

Yes, I do agree with you. The only difference is that the newbie player has to earn factional status first now. Still unbalanced. They need to be made untradeable, or require a cert.
