When i think of star wars after i dream over jedis for ten minutes okay 4 hours i often then think of droids.but in the game i really dont think they have a major role at all! ( for combaters)

also where are all the battle droids ! do the devs have any plans to add any i want to see the droid eng class become more like the ch class with droid difficulty levels with master droid eng being able to controldroidekawith shields and the rest of us being stuck with the standard battle droids (roger roger droids) . i dont want a sludge panther as a pet anymore i want a droid with a gun !! .humm this post was not meant to become a rant but i guess it sort of has but here are someone of the droids which i dont under i dont see rolling behind droid eng and players with the cash

for reffernce i am not a droid eng i am a master bh however i would love to see more droids

so after all this i got2 questions

why am i stuck with animals in the future , why did the devs not lnclude more droids

do the devs have any plans to add droids

and btw i know alot of droids where destroyed by the empire but there are alot of old battle droids and the schmatics still around ! also the empire do not have a presance in all sectors of the galaxy !

The devs have plans to add droids...currently we are the most broke profession and the devs have admitted it.

When will they add droids you ask? Well most of us have been waiting for any fixes to DE since before launch...and unfortunately I didn't see any DE changes in my stocking this year...only a holo (Thanks Santa-SOE!!)

Yes more droids are on the way... soon? hopefully

And I think the proposed change to how many droids can be called at once should be implemented then as well. Possibly 1 droid for non DEs, 2 droids for Novice DE, and 4 for Master DE? or even more for Master and a tiered system going upwards based on DE skillz?

We should be making the Droid Vendors that Merchants use.

I'm not a DE, but I'm tellin you here and now, I wanna "roger roger" droid so freakin bad, I'd laugh my arsenal off every **edit** day if when I gave it a command I could here that dang "roger roger"

And I'm serious too.

I think the roger rogers would make great 5-10k droids.. something that newbies could take to help them do missions. give them a single module slot and they're set.

I have not talked to anyone yet that would not love to have a "Roger Roger" droid. Especially if the sound byte came with them when you gave them a command to attack or guard etc.... Lets hope they give us something cool to sell to everyone.
