Ever since the last patch, I can't train the Transfer command to any droid. Anything to do with the devs chagning the transfer rules for Creature Handlers and us getting affectted by the changes (would'nt surprise me)

That was my guess, can't say for sure though (other than that it isn't there). It should be programmed in and working as "transfer" by default, but I've had problems with that at times.

NOTICE!

You don't have to use the "Transfer" command to move droids between players anymore. You can now simply use the Secure Trade window and drag-and-drop the droid from your Datapad right into the window, just as you would from your main inventory.

The "Transfer" command is now unnecessary and redundant, thus it was removed from all droid models (that I have tested, anyway).

The transfer command still exists in the datapad, unlike the attack command, which was completely removed in all non-combat droids. You still have the option to program the transfer function for all converse style droids. SInce the transfer command is quite useful to many people, as a work around to overt status and trading, I really can't see the transfer command being removed on purpose. In my opinion, the loss of the transfer program command more than likely had something to do with either the code change to the attack function, or as you mentioned the changes to CHs. I'll bring this up to someone on TC and see if I can get an answer one way or another.
