Thread: no death decay w/ droids?!?!
Items in droid storage do NOT suffer decay.
This makes great use out of droid storage, of course only for things that you don't want on you in certain situations.
hurray for droids :/
Of course, this can be possibly viewed as an exploit. Once this is brought to the devs' attention, it'll get nerfed just like Droid Data Storage Modules did. You used to be able to store everything from pets and other droids to vehicles inside a droid. But when CHs started using them to store 100s of pets in a single droid, guess what? NERFED!
So expect the devs to add decay to items stored inside droids soon enough...another reason not to buy a worthless droid.![]()

Actually, from everything that I have heard and seen, you are completely wrong in your assertion of the future of Droid Storage.Droid storage is the answer to the issue that many crafters had, in regards to their sales items being damaged.
Removing the ablityto store pets, droids, and missions (vehicleshave neverpart of this issue) were not Nerfs, since being able to store such items was an exploit.Allowing such exploits, that were usable by anyone with access to a DE, were game breaking issues.
And I don't know where you get your information, but the only droid that is worthless is the the base model Protocol droid, since it can't be named and has no module sockets. Even the BLL can be put to good use, by turning it into a roving armored BLL-board. The usefullness of the DE profession is all in the eyes of the person behind the screen and the customers that he/she generates. I'm sorry to see that you have become so pessimistic and wish to believewhat theL33T DooDs tell you.
