I tried to use LE repair droid to heal (full white) other droid for someone. LE repair didn't do anything to heal or repair other droid. Does it can repair full black wound? Thanks...

A completely broken droid. LE Repair Droids can't actually repair anything...even with a Droid Repair Module installed. It has to do with the fact that LE Droids, Protocol Droids, and Surgical Droids are programmed via a "Converse" interface, like you'd use on an NPC. Because of this, there is no way to program/issue a "Repair" command.
