where are you guys finding these +10 tapes? the best I've ever seen is a tape that give +1 to something (I have three of them).

Well, technically, right now it is useless because experimentation has no effect on droids.

However, many of us buy these tapes just in case the Devs ever fix our profession and make Droid Experimentation useful. I would personally pay 2.0 to 2.5 million... and possibly more... for that tape. Too bad you're not on Ahazi.

Where did you find such a tape? What do you have to do to get them?

I just saw a +3 for 100k. It was on Wah's ODIN Misc vendor in Apotheon for any Corbantis peeps that want to snatch it up.

I recently came about a +10 droid experimentation tape. My question to you de's is this: how valuable is this to you folks? I understand that with the changes coming down the pipe it will probably be more valuable then.

So what would you pay for this now, and when the droid changes get made?

I've seen them sell for 50k and I've seen them sell for 2.5 million.

It all depends on the server I guess

Ah, well Droid Complexity isn't worth much at all. There's a raging debate as to whether or not it is even a valid skill at this point. But even if it is a valid skill, all it does is reduce the complexity of a droid (or droid component) that you are making so that you might not need a private crafting station.

But since we're Droid Engineers we pretty much all have our trusty crafting droids with us all the time... so it's pretty worthless. It's +10, though, so someone might want it just in case Droid Complexity becomes useful at some point in the future.

I suppose that depends on how much money 85k is for you. If that's what you would consider to be "a lot of money" then I would say yes, you're wasting your money.

But if that's just spare pocket change, it's probably worth it to go ahead and get a +8 tape just in case it's ever useful.

I might spend that much on a +8 Complexity tape, but then I have just over 12 million in the bank right now. /shrug
