No, not for me.
If I'm outside a town/camp/public building it always takes 15 seconds.

Be carefull not to be banned because of this "exploit"

LMAO. Yah..I can see that coming. A BH griefing a Jedi, incapping them repeatedly until they lose most of their skills is ok, he gets a talk from a CSR for being naughty. But I bet you'll get banend for doing something so horribly evil as calling a pet without a delay!

No I don't have a freakin sig. Just make something up and pretend it's here man. woman. umm...Whatever.

The old calling rules still apply. It's instant in a city, or near your declared residence or in a camp. The 15 seconds applies to places you couldn't call your pet/droid/vehicle before.

I guess the radius around my house is bigger than I thought then, but you could be right/

No, you are right - there is something slightly strange. I just came to the conclusion that somehow the radius has increased - I noticed an increase in several places - my home, and on Endor.

Other oddities of the system have come up - again, was onEndor, and my friend called their bike (they had to wait 15 seconds). I was standing less than 1m away, and I called mine just as theirs appeared, and it came up instantly. Unless I was standing right on the line, that shouldn't have happened.

In any case, it's nice to go back to how things should be. The camp requirement was the biggest pain in the behind ever - and it devalued scouts, not enhanced them. Most people picked up novice scout to be able to harvest, run faster, and for camps. Now we don't need camps, we don't need to run faster (vehicles), and most people aren't going to spend 15 points just to harvest.

It's a good thing.

I just tested it, and it seems that you can call pets without a delay if you're within 85 m of your declared residence.
