This is very discouraging that we have to reinvent the wheel every time something is changed or updated.

Agreed. A general module can fit in a combat module slot, why can't a general cluster fit in a combat cluster slot? It's not consistent. One or the other needs to be changed.

Intended? Unknown.
Brought up before? Yes.
Inconveinent? (looks at his now-semi-useless level 6 mod clusters) Yes.

No idea if it is intended, but TK did mention it, and I saw the same thing.
What I saw was that the slot itself was still labeled the old way, but in two other places (the overview of the schematic when you are choosing what to make on the crafting tool, and the mouse over of the slot itself during production) are showing the Combat label.
It's been reported, and I suspect with the different wording, it would be re-worked as an oversight.
If not, anyone who had premade parts is quite possibly getting a bigger reaming than all of those with the loss of armor.
We'll see, it's still real soon after the publish, so the gamebreakers are gonna get the looks first (GCW bases and turrets got broken really really bad)

Check out the "Hot Topics!" sticky at the top. There's a link (now) to my thread on this issue...

It wouldn't be listed there anyway....it's not a bug.

Please don't slap anyone...even if they flame. We don't need more animous here than there is already...
Was this intended and has this been brought up before?
