And what does 'Mechanism quality' in Crafting station modules mean? Does this matter? Please help

resource quality only matters for combat modules and the final build of a droid. Higher combat module ratings = higher damage and higher experimental effectiveness on the final droid build = higher HAM.
and high mechanism quality numbers are there to make you feel special

Ok awesome. So do the quality of the components put into the FINAL DROID effect its ham? Or just the resources used in the final stage of assembly?

the stage that makes the final droid is the materials that count now. so moslty you need high OQ chemical for the HAM
