Dunno bout the scout, but the stim mod works based on the charges, not individual packs. So if your dorid has a 35 charge capacity, you can keep loading it with stims till its full, and the remainder will drop back in your main inventory

2) Are trap and stim moduals stackable.

the stim mod is, you can get a droid with several hundred charge capacity

3) Does the survey droid bring back email stats or just what resources are on each planet.

4) Does the creature harvest stack if so whats the best found bonus so far.

You can load them with stacked items (though its calculated by charge/use)

Yes

List of all resources with its name/class/type, no stats.

4) Does the creature harvest stack if so whats the best found bonus so far.

They do stack, I've heard tell of 20% or so bonus but my limited testing on TC hasn't yielded any bonus (granted it was low level mobs and novice scout work).
