OK, honestly I think the R3 will be the king chassis after this publish. Heck even now with them taking the combat modules they seem to be the favoured droid. Unfortunately that really limits the basic DE. They cant build them till master and really Id like to see a little more diversity in this class so that lower level engys are actually usefull.

So give each chassis an inherent bonus in a module. Fugitive tracker and Probot obviously combat. LE obviously repair, Med obviously med. Then give the other chassis a use. BLL I dont know maybe just storage, Protocol dont know (havent thought that far ahead, maybe data storage if it was usefull), Treadwell (I dont know what they did in the Star Wars galaxy) but they look like they could toss traps and harvest.

That way the starter DE's could actually put useful droids together without just grinding Adv Droid Frames till master and have never built a treadwell.

We'd still be limited to one droid, so if you really had to have your crafting/med/storage droid out he'd have to be a R3/R2 but if all you needed was med, then the med chassis (with a lower level med module) would still pump out 110 med. Starter characters could buy useful droids from starter DE's and not just have to save up for the uber R3 that slices/dices and juliennes gnorts!

I dunno just thought of it, and was wondering if it even makes sense.
