Thread: droid parts quality
. I've heard that when making a droid the quality of many of the parts do not matter. Is this true, if it is which parts need to be high quality & which can be lower? Thanks in advance for your help guys.The only thing which I have seen change the outcome of a droid is the combat module. The higher experimented effectiveness, the better the damage. And then the chassis and final product raw resources cause varying available boxes for experimental effectiveness to effect HAM. Also the raw resources used in creating armor modules determines its resistance.
The subcomponents used in the chassis and final droids (other than combat modules) matter not. I used composite armor segments with 36% resist and another comp armor segment with 6% resist on lvl 6 armor segments for droids. They were both the same.
So, no, parts like Personality chips, GP Modules, Memory Modules, Droid Brains, ADV Droid Frame Units, Motice systems, etc...none of them matter the least bit when it comes to quality.
