I've started a draft but I don't have it ready yet. I want to make sure that we do this once and do it right.

So, this isn't gonna be ready for a day or two (especially with Publish 8 getting pushed to TC today).

Yea, I guess. I hadn't really planned on it but I'll see what I can do. My proposal to get guidance from the on future issues and proposals really counted more on what they would approve and add more than on what we'd put forth.

Let me get my draft working and I'll post it here for comments and tweakage.

Ok, I was more under the impression that what you were putting together was a Middle East peace plan kind of thing. Ways to improve communication and to make peace between devs and us.

Maybe it will be a small section of what you already have planned.

Uhhhh....that's not really possible. The DE / Dev divide is a lot harder to solve than the issues in the Middle East.

But, you're basically correct. It's a proposal for a new set of protocols on new plans/ideas/proposals. It will hopefully give us that information we need before work starts happening to ensure we are building proposals from sound design 'rules'.
