Thread: Publish 8 Burning Questions for Test Center
- Are the improved HAMs retroactive? Are your pre-P8 droids showing an increase in HAM, or are only droids produced Post-P8 showing the increase?
- Do R-units still only accept combat clusters?
- Does quality of resources/experimentation seem to have any effect on any of the new modules? I would suspect that the Entertainer Modules are unaffected, but how about the "Generic Item" survey droid? Does quality/experimentation effect the number of uses? Harvestor Module? Exploding Module?
- For the different levels of Maint Modules, what does it effect?
- Are Pre-P8 customization kits working the same as Post-P8? Giveing the same extended life? How about the batteries? Are the Pre-8 batteries as good?

They aren't retroactive on created droids... but from what we saw with publish 7 they may be retroactive on deeds (don't have any around to test that out).

It seems to follow logic for the new modules. Things like the scout harvest and trap droids have effectiveness, as does the area of effect droid healing module. I haven't had a chance to try the new survey item, and the maintenace modules have 3 levels and expermintal ratings... not sure what the difference in levels on these is, maybe total number of structures controlable.

Currently, yes.

Experimentation upped my Harvest bonus and the Trap bonus for my modules. So, it does matter a bit, yes.

Don't know yet...I didn't make any of these last night.

Haven't gotten this far yet but I know the power meter works. I actually used it 'for real' last night to make sure that I had a powered R2 when I needed to craft up a deed.
