Droid Engineer Archive

I've just recently begun to use Droid Repair Kit C's (I find them extremely useful), and just today fired up two of my factories to work on a total of 100 units, or four crates. The stats, with my materials and maximum experimentation, average around 900 HAM repaired, and 21 charges a unit. I'm on Lowca, and I was wondering what my fellow Droid Engineers believe would be a fair price to sell these at? There are 25 units (at an estimated 21 charges each, which equals 525 repairs per crate) in each crate.

Any thoughts?

I sell D's with 1600+, 28 charges for roughly 1.5k a unit. Sales are yet not what they ought be. People are still buying the combat droids. I would like to sell for a higher price but they barely move at current prices. I hope the DE community does not undersell these to start due to lack of interest, and never manage to creep the price to reasonable levels.

Hmm, guess I am confused. I have DroidRepair B's that have 1128 power and 21 charges. What is the ranges for these things ??? Seems that the healing rates of these kits can vary quite a bit.

The range is very varied. You can use advanced components in any of the stim types so a D could be worse than an A if the D had the base components and horrible resources in final craft and the the A all advanced parts and great final craft OQ and Conductivity. Seems to me that there is more range in the quality of final assembly resources than the component types.

Ah! Apologies. I was just in-game (it's minimized on the taskbar right now) and when I saw the kits I was using I remembered that I wrote C's on the forum, which they're not. I'm making B's.

I'm hoping that sales will increase after Publish 8 goes live, and for that I'm wondering what I should set my price at.
