Thread: Average Sale Price of this Droid?

I know server economies vary, but what would the average price on this driod be?
I'm an aspiring medic on the Sunrunner server and would like this driod as my assistant. The problem is, I'm broke and I would like to see how many missions I have to run in order to save up for this droid.
2-1B ADV Surgical Droid
- Level 6 Medical Module
- Level 6 Item Storage Module
- Food and Chemical Crafting Module

For a droid like that, with a personality chip but no armor, I would charge 40K.
Add in a level 6 armor module and I would charge 45K.

ok, first...Item Storage doesnt work with the Surgical Droid....so to charge for that is a pointless act. Even to build one is senseless.
Not flaming you, just letting you know. Build an R2 or something. An advanced R4. Item storage doesnt work with any of the conversational droids.

Though there are better chassis to be made. If you heal a lot in combat, id go for a DZ-70. Or even a probot.
Item storage works fine on protocal and LE

Dont need a droid for combat...just need one for crafting while at the med center and for healing at the starport and at bases on hostile worlds.
Item storage is not that important. I just wanted the Surgical driod because it's the med droid from the first trilogy.

Really? I had 2 that did not work. And, someone came to me asking why the ones they bought from another DE didn't work.
Perhaps it is just the Tempest server?

I have storage in my LE Repair droid to hold all of my food, and it works just fine.

For that model you mentioned (minus the defunked storage) I sell for 27k , but have seen them sold for as little as 9,999 off a vendor. The latter number is way to low in my opinion, and to tell you the truth, I might be too low also. Again, it goes with the server. Try asking some other doctors who have them what they paid. Any rate, I won't buy it for more than 40k MAX!....unless it does your taxes.

I would charge 25k for the droid minus the item storage (I dont sell anything I think/know is bugged).
For some reason, I sold a protocol ADV with a lvl 4 (8 storage) and lvl 1 (2 storage) to someone and they complained that the droid only holds 8 items, had to give back credits and let them keep the droid, what a waste. Kinda weird, this bug is.
I cant seem to find any lidium extrusive (dont think it spawned on my server in 2 months), so im stuck with selling lvl 4 and 1 combos to get max storage, wasting a module slot.

If the storage works I would say less than 30k. I sell R2 Medidroids on my vendor with everything you want plus a Weapon, Droid & Generic Crafting Module, 2xL3 Armor for 35k.
But alot depends on the prices on your server. Also I dont think too many people sell Surgical droids as 1)They are bugged (name, item storage etc) 2) They cant hold that many modules. Id shop around adn chjeck out prices of Medidroids on your server, then you can get an idea of prices, but in the end you might have to get one made to order.
If you came to meId probably charge you around 30k, as the Lvl 6 Storage & Lvl 6 Medical Module use rare resources, plus I would have to build the Chassis from scratch as I dont stock Surgical Chassis.

Wow, I've been gone for two months, and I'm SO happy to see the price of droids gone up! I was trying SO HARD to raise the price to an acceptable level on Eclipse (and the boards) and people would have laughed at me to charge more than 25k for this droid...
