Wow, I hate when it does that... Sorry about the empty post...
I was thinking yesterday about a new droid idea. I'm not suggesting that any new droids be put before our current bugs be fixed, but its a just a notion to put out there.
If you will remember in Episode one, in the droid shop that Anikin worked in on Tat, there was a little droid that flew in the air and looked like a camera with wings.
How cool would it be for that to be a Scout only droid. The scout could tell it to scout/patrol a certain size area in a permiter around the himself predefining what faction it is to be looking for. Then the droid flies away and scouts a 500m (or whatever distance) permiter around the scout. If it sees the faction its looking for, it messages the scout reporting "Imperial activity, 200m NW of your position".
Of course the droid can be destroyed, and not reused, no armor, no weapons. This would give us business and give the scout proffesion actual Scouting ability IMAGINE! This would aid parties immensly when resting inbetween battles. The distance a scout could send the droid could increase within their tree, just like surveying.
Just an idea. I'm well aware that the possiblity of this is non, but its cool to think about isn't it?

I agree with Trahaldit is a great idea 
lol
it would be great for scouts to be able to do this. But I have a question. would the scout be able to make this? or does he have to buy it form the Droid Engineer?
I am all for additional droids being added!
but truth be it there are still some droids that we don't even know wht there true purpose is or are nonfunctional. how depressing.
But your idea is a good one 
We need more idea generators out there to get the Devs excited about the Droid Engineer profession once again
