I have some request for Unprogrammed Command Chips. One of the "ingredients" is an Electronic Memory. How do I make those? Does this require a specific level? I am new and am at 0-0-0-1.

Hi Qraken,
You need to be a Master Artisan in order to craft them.

What he said. In addition you need Master Artisan for many of our sub-components. If you're not a Master Artisan, and can spare the points, get MA. If you don't have the points, make good friends with an MA as quickly as you can. You're gonna need alot of items / schematics.

I'd highly suggest taking the option of mastering Artisan if you can. There'd be no way I could keep my vendor stocked without MA, I'm having a lot of trouble doing so *with* it.
