Thread: Bomb droids wierdness?

Day one of the CU, Bomb driods were...VERY effective. If used right, they could wipe out, and or wound anything within a 30 meter blast zone.
Day two? they dont seem to damage ANYTHING. I tried them in Pvp...and NOTHING, my friend and I used several Bomb droids, testing in all forms. trying to blow each other to bits.....to no avail. We stood on top on the bombs, laid on em, ran from em,...anything and everything. And they didnt harm us at all.
Now, the only thing I can come up with is that the bombs do Blast damage.....and we as players are no longer vunerable to blast...or something.
Is this being discussed? Talked about, adressed?

NOT good. I make em, but can't control them, so I can't test em.... please keep us updated.

Bomb droids do NOT work in PVE or PVP. I had all day to test this, and I tested with about 30 different bombs.
Like I said, Day one of the CU, One Droid with a Det power of 55 would do about 8000 to 11000 in damage to everything ina 30 meter range. Now they are all duds....

If the bomb didnt have a visual explosion, You wouldnt even know it exploded...

Was in a group earlier and a friend of mine used the detonation droid twice, on two different NPCs ((we thought that some may resist the blast)) And on both accounts it didn't work.

This is not good....not good at all. They can nerf my pistols, nerf my lighting cannon, downgrade my million credit pets, take away my armor, alienate me from my low level friend, destroy my wall decoration poisoned weapon collection, force me to only group and hunt witha fraction of the people I want to, even take away my beloved flaming torso shot...
...but not my bomb droids!
