Am about to start that profession, anyone have tips for me to make the grind as fast as possible?

Read the Droid Engineering 101 to start. I am new as well and it is a great start.

Grind MSEs and go up blueprints till you can grind advanced frames. Grind those the rest of the way. Once you start crafting droids make factory runs of droid components, makes crafting droids easier. Good luck
