I just finished getting everything ready to make my first ever Adv MSE Det Droids. They turned out 39 Power 0 Health. Should I run them as they are or should I put any armor in them?
PS> I love DE but still have so much to learn.

In my opinion, adding droid armor won't do much for the BH. Generally these bomb droids are first-strike tools, meaning they can't be attacked until you engage the target. So most BH's let the bomb droid start the hostilities.
That all being said, I'm not a BH, so my understanding of the profession is limited. If you have the resources handy to add armor to the little buggers, then it certainly won't hurt. If anything, it might give your customers a bit more peace of mind.

Thanks. I know every server is different but given my costs to make these since I am relatively new to my server and I had to buy the tolium (ouch) I was looking at a price of 200k per crate of 5. Too much? Too little?

I've seen prices on an individual R3 bomb droid go for anywhere from 50k to 100k, so an MSE bomb droid would be less. You could probably get away with 40k/pop for MSEs, but that would be in the high range. Ultimately, make sure you're at least covering your expenses ples a bit on the top for time.

As a BH as well, I say Armor them. You may want to use them in PVE or a group PVP fight, and you don't want stray area attacks killing them.
I sell them easily for 12k each, so 200k for a crate of 5 seems a touch high. Depends on your server though. You do need to cover your resource kit, which is very hard to do.
