Thread: Power droids whats the point?

If you can only call one droid then why should you use a power droid? its not like he can power your other droids, and how often does one come across a group where droids are used and need power???

on that subject, what level will they go to combat wise? i popped a lvl 4 armor segment in a droid and it hit lvl 20. That was defence rating 8 in a type4 defence module, i made another with rating 12 in a type6 module. Will one module at rating 12 hit the lvl30 cap?

Power droids (like repair droids) are for those who like to help others.


Also, back in the day, when docs buffed with their droids - you would get a little extra "oommphf" from the buff if you powered up the doc's droid too 100% before he started on you. (compared to if he buffed you with a droid low on power)


Anyways, whenever I manage to get away from my workshop, I always give a friendly charge to any and all droids I happen upon that are out and being used. Combat, entertainer, crafting, etc. A full battery is a happy droid.

I used to sell probably 5 Power Droids a day before the CU nerfed Doc buff bots. I miss that.
