Thread: Anyone else experiencing this with armor? 20% on tame, 40% next call

Like everyone else I was disappointed to hear armor was nerfed to none from medium and the highest you could get was 20% armor rating. Well my friend first droid had a tame resist % of 20%.After a few times of pulling him we noticed he was at 40% resists.
I have tested several of these two probots one Dz70 and they all come out with 20% resists until Istore it again. Then when I pull it back out it has 40% resists. I was lookin around for a post that had this happen but I didnt see one so I thought I would post here. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Yes, I'm experiencing this too. Please post it in TK-421's bug thread so we can make sure it's known to be a common problem.

hmm this begs the question then: Does the armor show really have 40% resistsor is it 20% with40% showing instead?

have a buddy kill it, too bad you can't do it yourself other than transferring your droids to another person just to break it. Wait thats a good idea, but it looks like it'll run away the moment it gets hit, prolly kite you half way across corellia. Ahh, a small group can now use their droids to attack NPC's and lure them away from bases, the true function of the pro-bot revealed.

It is 40% resists. If you notice, the droid now also resists all forms of attack at 40%. Pre-patch, there was one form of attack that it was vulnerable to. I believe it was Restraint.

A friend told me... I said droid armor was nerfed to 20% AR0 and he then sent me a tell later saying that he had 40% resists... well I guess we can be happy about it until it changes

Let's get this straight. AR0-40% resists is the norm for the level 6 armor module. AR0-20% resists is a bug that happens when you first tame a droid and examine it. Store it, call it, and the right resists will show up.
