As much disappointed as is floating about (and, yes everyone, I'm feeling it too...and I have to do the Corr. thing too.
)...
Ranting doesn't help things.
What will help me to help YOU is real, hard data on what is or is not working correctly.
Please try to help me in the best way by posting real, factual evidence of bugs, issues or problems.
I'm pretty sure that they will want to iron out whatever they can ASAP. So, start making those reports that will help me to get our issues addressed. Wading through 100s of rants and flames only makes it harder for me...and makes it take longer.
Thanks in advance all...

Respectfully,
As a Master DE i have been really disappointed with the Dorid invasion. From reading the Test Centre reports I was expecting the worst and we got it. I made a 6 module combat drop - fairly high exp ratings 60-70% and it died with a bout 4 spineflaps (the little ones). Now to fair it does do things like R2 does in the films, and I personally believe that that should be all the combat that they do. What is the problem is the way it has been promoted. I had to turn of my MDE logo because of all the tells expecting new models and good combat droids. Basically all this has done is given droids the abilities they should have had anyway - but there not "combat" droids.
As far I can see our droids should do "Different" things than combat. They should translate ( have NPC missions where a Protocol droid is needed i.e. Jabbas missions )They should help repair things (we have a repair droid that dosent work), perhaps they could help manage harvesters; the list is endless. I think the new classes in pub 8 are the right direction. Perhaps we can make Nav droids when the Space exp comes in.They are not really any combat droids in EPIII-IV except bounty hunter stuff.
All that has happened is that we have been made a joke of yet again.
It was a badly worded and badly executed publish that has been misleading.
