What is the benefit of using Composite Armour segments in lvl 6 armour vsonelvl 3 and lvl 4 armour

which gives you the same lvl 6 armour rating?

Is the only benefit to lvl 6 armour made withcomposite segment being that it takes up one less available slot?

Well, to be honest the biggest benefit to using the lvl 6 armor module is space !!! I run out of room in my house, factories, backpack....everywhere so fast it boggles the mind. I run the lvl 6 modules pretty much exclusively anymore since I don't have the room to store lvl 3's and 4's. Once youget schematics and the resources needed for lvl 6 modules, it makes sense to only make them. I had an armorsmith make me 3 1000 unit schematics months ago and I have only eaten up one of them so far. They last a long time.
