Thread: Why does the color wear off of a droid?

I have bought several droids. Why does the color wear off after only a few uses and just calling it from your datapad at that. All of my droids are a nice grey now. What the heck is this all about? I want the red color it was when I bought it for 35k!

Seriously, now that you say it, I noticed, never did before.

Anyone tried making a black LE repair chassis? They look very nice indeed.
