store/call->recharged. That is how it used to work anyway

Unfortunatly without some form of indicator, there's no real way to tell It does seem that after its stored/called it's recharged, but thats really kind of unknown. (like most things in DE... we have to figure out or guess at the answers, since theres no guidebook)

Droids last for 45 minutes and take 1/2 hour to recharge.
