Hello i recently looted a clothing attacment with droid expermint of 4. How big of differnce would that make crafting bomb Droids?

None really. Since the detonation modules and all the droid's just have one line that need to be experimented on you can max it out with your standard 10 experimentation points. if you got a total of +10 it would help you recover from a "good" success, but it wouldn't make the droid any better.
