It does appear they missed Smuggler and Commando though....
3 guesses what my alts main professions are 
[edit: Upon further inspection it appears that all the ranged combatant types are not there. Only melee based ones are there, including brawler]

GarVa didn't miss them....he just hasn't gotten that far yet.
I believe that he is the one that is designing the new Icons. It takes him a while to do so.
