I made an advanced R3 and selected some colors for the chasis. Then I completed the droid and POW the colors are different?? Is it the intent of the DEV's to have the chasis color change the final color of the droid.

If not, i think it would be cool if they did

Do what I do, forget colors, they're all bugged to hell. I don't offer anyone a choice, and I don't do droid customization, just doesn't last or work most of the time. You'd think something as simple as a few colors applied to droids (like coloring armor in EQ) wouldn't be so **edit** complicated but apparently it is for these guys....

I think this is a bug. Currently you have to use a customisation tool to get the right colours

except customization doesn't work at all on some droids, who come out random colors each call. and if you do customization on the ones that will take it, it can run out in 2-3 days or less depending on your play style.

Don't think it's a bug, I think it's designed that way. Chassis colors have never carried over to the finished droid. I think there's a warning on the description of the chassis that any customizations to it will be lost when the chassis is used to make the droid.

I just think it wasn't designed at all, this is how it filtered down and was jury-rigged to work.
