I have an R3 harvesting droid, and man is he slow. Can you turn aflying droid into a good harvesting droid? I was thinking about possibly the tracking droids, or evena probot. Or is there a faster droid then these 2?

Harvesting modules stack, and R3 ADV's have the most modules places available. For instance, if an R3 ADV was had a rating of 107, a Probot made with the same modules would have a rating of about 89. It could certainly be made, but it's a tossup of speed vs. the amount of bonus. As far as a tracking droid would go, you're getting into really low bonus numbers down there.

damn, is the probot the flyin droid with most modules?

Yup, the Probot ADV has 5 modules. The R3 ADV has 6.

hm..I might have to look around to see if I can get a BE who can make me a probot with a 100 rating. I can't take one with less then what I can harvest...but if it could harvest the same then the speed would totally be worth it..

Try a probot with around a 90 rating. If im not mistaken, it will still harvest more than you do when you use it. Just not as much more as an R3 could. I think the droid harvests the same or just under what you do alone when its rating is around 50% or less of your creature harvest skill. I'm pretty sure it goes up from there.

It also depend of your harvesting skill.

A Friend of mine is master ranger.
Switching from a 89 droid to a 105 droid the difference is about 1 to 3 resource per creature. Not really a big deal.

But I think that if you're a novice scout the difference might be a little more important.

Aladine, I'll have to check but I think I can make you a 91 or 92 rated probot if you want one.
