probots can only hav 40% med armor rating right, or is that for all droids. i was also wondering if non-combat droids can be attacked by creatures/npcs. i was only wondering because i woulod like to put 3 lvl 6 armors modules into a BLL. can i? if i could that would make a fairly good tank would it not? hehe.
also are mses the best thing to grind until advanced droid frames?
thx b4hand

40% is max for armor... you can get taht with 1 level 6 armor mod... so putitng many intoa BLL is not that effective...
and yes MSE's until ADF .. or you can do BLL chassis and or droids if you have the means

I'm a new DE too. How do I incorporate a droid storage module into a MSE or other droid for item storage? It doesn't show as useable in the crafting tool.

all u do is put the storage item in the general crafting slot. r u just novice or do u hav ne additional skills?
if u hav blueprints 1 u can mmake an advnaced mse with 2 storage units or u can make that flying droid with 1 hehe.

Droids have no armor at all.
The most they will have are resists. There is a bug that falsely shows resists at 40%. The true resists are 20%
Placing more than 1 lvl 6 armor in a droid isa waste as one lvl 6 with max the 20% resist.
If you dont have access to a armorsmith for the composite segments, make 2 lvl 4 armor plates. This will max droids out at 20% as well.
Again...
The 40% displayed is a BUG
Furthermore, it is a bug the Devs apparently will never fix.

It all depends on what you want, I don't think they are entirely useless.
Current droids will no survive in DWB for very long.
nor can they do much damage.
using a droid on dantooine missions works to a degree... the usual tactic is to have the droid attacking the lair while you take out the mokk/janta's. when they're taken out, the lair can be 25-50% damaged (depend on how fast U are)
A droid will do quite well for all unbuffed type missions.
