Thread: More laughs...
Me: What? It says we got new droids?
Customer: Yeah, it says "Made previously uncraftable droids craftable."
Me: Oh, that note. What it should say is "We fixed the droids we broke a few days ago." They are referring to previously craftable droids they made uncraftable that are now craftable.
Customer: Geesh man, sorry...
Is it ok if, instead of laughing, I cry just a little?
I’ve got a conversation that I still think is priceless.
Weapon Buyer- "You became a pure crafter and chose your third Master skill to be DE, man I don’t know if that was a smart choice. Why didn’t you pick tailor or armor crafter??"
Arkkyle- "I watched A New Hope in 1977 when it was released to the theaters, I may be Old School but I keep thinking the DE Dev will watch it a few times. Then call the CH Dev and discuss how they had a role reversal and make droids the dominate presence they always where in the movies.
Weapon Buyer- Wow you saw ANH in the theaters when it was released---Wow 1977 I never new that was when the first one was released—d00d your old."
Arkkyle- "The only "CH" we see in the first three movies is Return of the Jedi, to me it just seems a little off that 25 minutes of Jabba’s palace and the CH class was born. Also its spelled "Dude"

Ah, memories. I saw the movie in theaters also.
I was 6 years old at the time. My mother told me not to go to school that day because we were going somewhere.
"Where mom?"
"It's a surprise" she said smiling.
Yep she took me to the movies, we waited in a long line that stretcheddown the block, and watched Star Wars together. I was awestruck and amazed..... and I've been hooked ever since. ![]()
Gah! I guess that means I'mold too. How did that happen??
That's was the day I realized I was 'old'.
When they brought out the ehanced version on the 20th aniversary, I realized I was like in highschool when it first came out in theaters.
I'm still having a mid-life crisis. Perhaps that's why I chose DE :0
I saw it in the theatres when it first came out. 43 times, in fact. I even led the school play that year to be ANH instead of whatever retarded thing they were going to do (one of Shakespeare's pieces, no doubt). I believe I was in 6th grade at the time.
I also remember watching the Special Edition Re-release when it first hit in theatres with my son (he was6 at the time). That made me feel PLENTY old!
