Thread: TC Notes posted
Added general module slot to the advanced Binary Load lifter droid, and both basic and advanced protocol droids.
Droid storage compartments are now using droid experimentation rather than artisan.
Droid customization tool now gives droid crafting xp instead of general xp
Droid socket modules can no longer be plugged into one another.
Multi-crafting station module droid capability fixed for some cases where one type would over-ride another type.
Combat-related stats removed from examine windows for non-combat-capable droids
Item Storage Module 2's now really are that, instead of becoming data storage module 2's during the crafting process.
Added transition from combat to normal idle for Probe Droid.
So, that leaves a few questions that are still unanswered from Drashk/Devs
1) Does this meant he basic BLL still does not have modules?
2) Is the item storage in Surgical Chassis fixed (if not can you push really hard to get that one in for this patch as that is the only reason I don't sell very many of this chassis type)
I'm just waiting for TC to come back on line and I'll be able to give a pretty good run down of what is what. Here is a list of what I have prepared -
- 3 of each Chassis model built and ready to be combined into an Adv droid
- Various droid modules including
- Various General Modules - Crates and singles (Item, Crafting stations, etc)
- 'Regulation' Cluster Modules - Crates and singles (only 3 modules used)
- Stacked Cluster Modules (Cluster Modules within Cluster Modules.)
- Various Level Armor Modules
- A full run of Factory Crate Droid parts
- A full run of hand made Droid parts
- Various Mechanism Rated parts
- 'Uber-stacked' Droids in my datapad
- 'Uber-stacked' Droids deeds
- Surgical Droid with storage in my datapad.
- LE repair Droid with repair module in my datapad.
As I was writting this list I realized that I forgot to build droid deeds of the last two entries to test out after the patch. As soon a TC comes back up, I'll build each of these as well to test out. I don't have all of the information yet, but from what I gather either a) noteverything was included in that patch notes, or b) items may be released while the patch is still on TC.
I'll keep everyone posted.

And it is disturbing that they still call these probe droids, and not probots.
The correct name for these droids is: "Imperial Probe Droid"
Probot is more of a slang term, kinda like droideka for destroyer droids...

Yes, I know.
But when the schematic is named Probot, and the BH droid is called a Akari Probe Droid, it is just kinda troubling to me.
Drashk
I'd just like to say thanyou for your continuing efforts. These recent days must have been a real pain for you..I would wish it all away if I could.
Hang in there...please...thankyou!
Nuff said.
Keep up the good work Drashk.
We all appreciate it whether we say so or not.
No one else seems to go through all the trouble to test things as soon as they hit TC.
"The first two passes of the droid invasion is going to happen in Publish 6 and Publish 7. In Publish 6, everyone gets combat droids by giving all the existing droids access to Combat Modules. These combat modules are like any other modules and will give droids combat abilities up to level 10. "
Am I starting to get majorly irritated? You could say that.
