Gawd this is depsressing. I honestly thought we would be getting the updated DE plans anyday now, as promised, but it seems they havent even decided what to do with us, yet alone putting anything into action. Changes are still months and months away I bet

..and this should be no real suprise. Every timetable I've ever seen from this Dev team has been delayed or pushed back in some way (unless it dealt with a nerf or exploit fix).
