Ok first off I want to say please no one respond saying DE's can't make droidekas yet, I'm quite aware of our current plight....However, I have heard many rumors regardling this for a few months and I'd like to see if they lead to any truth. Supposedly I have heard that obtaining a droideka schematic as part of a quest is possible (much like the armor schematic quests) and I have heard it allows for a single droideka to be produced. I have also heard talk of people selling the droideka you make from the schematic. While I doubt it is fully functional like the ones in the Droid Engineer Caves on Lok, I'd like to maybe put one up in my home for looks hehe. So if anyone has any FACTS regarding the matter, please respond. This is probably all rumor, but it would be nice to get my mind off some recent DE events. A nice quest would do well...

Sorry if this has been asked before, I searched the forums for about an hour and could only bring up hundreds of posts about combat droids and what not, nothing concerning this possible quest except a few other people mentioning they have heard of it.

It's a rumor...nothing more.

I've seen this put out as an idea but, to the best of my knowledge, no such thing as ever been done.

Droidekas are NOT currently craftable or usable as "pets".
