I wondered this too... The first list of 10 question from Thunder Heart said that Droid station were nuetral.not helping or hurting the crafting process.

Architect crafting station rate increase or lower the chances of failure/succes.
Droid module crafting station don't.
We're not good enough to have marketable values.

It's to make people post on forum and ask what it is for.
Seriously, like most of the numbers on droid modules, it's pointless and useless.
We just have one of the most unfinished class in the game.
And 2 'droid revamp' publish didn't changed anything to that.

Yeah, that's when you know all the answers and most of them are It doesn't work or It's useless that it start getting boring.

TH said they are all the same,no bonus... question is it neutral not part of the equation, or is it part of the equationas a +0 vs an architect. It took us 9 months to find out first half, maybe by xmas we'll have the second half.
