So I had to take an unexpected break from the game just under 2 weeks ago and finally returned today. When I got back in today, one of my factories had collapsed. Now.. I always keep a lot of maintenance on them, and this one had at least 15 (and probably closer to 30) days of maintenance on it. According to the 2 emails I received regarding it's decay, it collapsed 3 days after I had last logged in, taking 2 days to decay to collapse. It should have (like all my other factories) been still around today with plenty of time left. I wouldn't really care so much, but it was my primary storage factory!!! I had SOOOO much stuff in it (all crates of factory-built stuff of course). And it's all gone!!!! ARGGGGHHHHH!!!!

I submitted a ticket... we'll see what CS does about it, although really nothing will properly compensate me for all that factory time. And now I have to build it all again. Sigh.

oooh sorry to hear about that

... that happen to me not long ago, I took a break from the game and I didnt realize one of my factories was about to poof.. sure enough it went, had allot of stuff in it. I didnt think to contact a CSR.. let us know if you get your stuff back.

unless you have a way of proving it was the game and not you just overlooking it, i wouldnt hold your breath.

then again, i wouldnt hold your breath if it was the game either.

I'm starting to see that. They claim I had last put maintenance in it about 9 days before I actually did. I wouldn't care so much if I thought there was the slightest chance I had screwed up - but there isn't. I'm guessing that the factory didn't record my last payment, despite the fact that I got a confirmation message from it. I'm still talking to CS about it, but I'm getting madder by the second.

I've found if you can name exactly what you are missing in your factory, you can generally get them back.
