Thread: Another anoying thread from Tesra
Here's a couple helpful tips that work well for me:
1) Have a vendor specifically for Chassis. I call mine "Droid Display Chassis".
2) I made a couple Chance Cubes and named them "Read Me Please
". I put these up for sale at a ridiculous price (so they're not bought)and have a text blurb in the description saying "These chassis are for display only, special requests for naming will be honored, email me, blah, blah, blah" etc. This further reduces any chance of a buyer purchasing the wrong product.
3) Any time I talk to a customer, I make certain they're looking for "fully functioning droids, or simply display models"?
Hey guys, I have had people askin me for Droid chassis, and i make em a chassis and they are like.. ugh what do i do with. OH you wanted a droid, not a chassis (lots of people like stuff for their houses ya know).
I would think people would accidently be buying chassis off vendors (i have seen them forsale before) and then really mad when they dont do anything.
I say a thread on here about what droid chassis were availible. I think we should all make an effort to not call it a chassis unless someone is specifically talkin about one they want to put in a house. We all know it's a chassis, but if they ask for a chassis and someone makes em it, it causes issues.
Hey maybe I am smokin crack but i wanna help my customers, not frustate them (as you can tell I am really good at frustrating them).
