Thread: droid storage compartments -stealth change!
LOL one of the times I am greatful that experimentation doesn't matter one whit on droid components for DEs.

yeah but in a while the cost of craft stations will go up because of this. as will the rarety for good ones.

well i hope you dont plan on making good ones after the patch they have had a stealth change to using CD and OQ now. some like me are lucky with old schems and materials to make some 99% ones. ill be posting this in archys forum also. its proposterous for those expecting to make some decent private craft stations, since the droid storage comps were the only reasonable part. getting micros over 86 to 90% is impossible and the subcomps it has can be make up to 99% but it takes 6 months worth of collecting. point is this, it is a change that wasnt documented and will hurt DE's even more.
I don't see how it hurts Droid Engineers at all. It's a massive kick in the nuts for Architects, that's for sure, and I think it needs to be put back the way it was, but it really has no effect on Droid Engineers.
BTW I can still make 96% Droid Storage Compartments even after the change. Is a 3% difference really all that big of a deal in an Architect's crafting station? Now granted, the materials used are vastly more expensive now, but the compartments can still be made.
Micros over 90% are impossible? Hmm... I smell a challenge. I've never tried seeing as the quality doesn't matter in a Probot. I have some really old and really good materials to use...
Well, since we need them to make the vehicle paint kits, I am guessing that this is the reason for the change.
I guess if you want to be positive about the change, you could consider the fact that the lower quality modules will mean less charges on the paint kits... and hence, more sales... ![]()
