Well, I noticed that they finally fixed that so its no longer always 0%(it seems to be identical in starting percent to effectiveness). Of course, that begs the question, does it actually do anything? I've played with it a little bit but it still seems effectiveness is the sole contributo to module quality and durability doesnt have any quantifiable results that I can see. Has anyone else tested this at all?

Actually, the way it works is it was originally supposed to be removed, but someone forgot to take it off the experimentation screen. I guess they forgot they were going to remove it and gave it resource requirements again... I doubt it does anything, never did before.

Yea, it doesnt seem any different before besides the fact that it gives me something to waste extra exp points on lol....but I thought I'd ask and see if anyone else uncovered anything. Anyways, the armor units now have an integrity value(I just made a 1.3k level 6 one)....does this do anything yet or is it a precursor to publish 7?

i believe they always did. Thats how you could tell if 2 level 3s would make a level 5 or level 6. if you experimented the integrity up from 5 to 6.

No that was the armor rating. Armor modules prior to publish 6 had a mechanism qualitystat and a armor rating stat. Now they have those 2 and an Integrity stat.

Has anyone found out if the integrity matters? I've done some simple experiments with armor 1 and 4 modules and can't seem to find any real difference in regards to the integrity values. It's nice that the stats on armor actually change with experimentation, but what's the point?

I haven't noticed any difference myself in the final products(I've got a friend testing the effects, if any, on a probot I made for him). My first guess would be that its something related to ham for combat droids(maybe the armor can take x amount of beating before the droid goes *boom*) but I don't really see why itd be put in now unless theyre changing all of the current stuff to fit the new profession design before actually adding the new features(and wow, that actually makes sense....nah, cant have been the reson :smileysurprised
