Hi all,

I downloaded a really great spreadsheet for pricing anything and everything droid related. It's bases all pricing off of 'credits per unit' and markup. My question is some of the pricing makes sence, like 25 cpu for good tollium gas. but some of it really confuses me. 9 cpu for regular fiberplast and steel? How do I determine my CPU and make my droid pricing fair for both the customer and me? I am doing most of my own harvesting and only buying when I have to. Any suggestions would be great.

There is a lot more to rpicing then just cpu, if you only go by cpu, you are hurting yourself in the long run.

The only bad thing about that is that prices vary a lot on each server. Server economies are different. On some servers, crafters get a larger "piece" of the economy, and on others they get less.

This is why for example, Probots on your server may sell for 12k, yet on mine sell easily for 80k. The amount of money coming into the economy from missions and such is the same, our misison terminals are not better then yours, the only difference is on our server, more gets passed on to Combatents.

This is why I urge caution about using actual price guides. Your server already has an established baseline for what a good droid should cost, if you use a servers pricing scheme that is lower, you will not only lose money, but lower that baseline.

Making your own pricing scheme takes some work, but in the long run is worth it.
