Thread: What next? DE or Shipwright?

I'm only suvying 4 and Master Artisan away from specialising. Do I go for Driod Engineer or Shipwright? I'm realy undicided at this point. Please tell me what you think is good and what is bad about DE (compared to other professions if possible).

If you like JTL and like flying, go SW.. you can craft the equipment for your ship yourself. Note it is expensive to grind up SW as it is very resource intensive
If you enjoy crafting droids, the looks of droids then DE. but do not expect a large income, although BH droids do pay the bills with the steady sales.
Other than that i do not know what to say/advice to give you

pick DE if you want a profession that still has a market, or you could pick SW because they have a decay system on their stuff and therefore be guarenteed to make a profit.
SW HAS NO FACTORIES!

Not to be down on DE, but unless they really get to fixing things, there is not much of a market at all.
SW on the other hand should see a lot more people heading into space with the ROTW expansion.

In my opinion, having done both, I prefer DE. DE is at least FUN, SW was at best lucrative. If you are looking to provide yourself an income, then difinately go SW. If you're looking for something that is more personally rewarding, DE. Again...just my opinions
