I made my first Combat Droids Since pub 18. The only spec I see is health. How do I know what the combat rating will be ? I used 2 combat clusters with a cr of 325 each and 2 armor modules. When I do an inspect of the deed it dosent mention combat at all. How whould somone buying this droid know what they are getting ?

You get max combat droids with one level 6 armor module and one combat module. Anything more is a waste of you time and resources.

Okay, just to make sure I am understanding this right...you only need to make one combat module and not 6 and put them in the combat cluster modules and you only need 1 level 6 armor?

Does it matter then what kind of resources at all? And how do you get it to show the combat level at all? I made one and all I get is the health.

Nope, actually tried that during testing on TestCenter. Mouse Droids do not accept combat modules and there isn't an armor module slot available. Lowest Level droid that can be used for combat is the DZ70 and R5 which allow combat modules but no armor modules so will not be that good. Unless it accepts a combat capable module or cluster it will not allow the combat module to be added. The next option are the advanced versions of those which accept armor and the R4 which does not allow armor until its advanced version either.

adv mouse droids will take an armor module funny that a det module is a "service" and not a "combat" tho so...

i guess i'll start making 1 combat 5 or 4 auto repairs then (are those still working ?)

Stats are based on level.

I level 6 armor module will make the droid level 30 and one combat module will make it so it attacks.

Level 30 will detirmine most of its stats, allthough more combat modules are supposed to give it more armor. In actuality since its bugged all armor reverts to 1217 after first call.

So to make a max combat droid in any frame one level six armor modules and one combat module of any quality.

Yes auto-repair is working.

I am finding that Combat, Medical R3's with 4 auto-repair are selling well.

Or Combat, Storage, Auto-repair droids.

I do miss being able to experiment on the Health of the droid and do wish the customers could see the CL of the droid when examining the deed.

Damn, I wish I would have read this post before I bought that combat droid with 9000 armor stat lol ... as the post says, it sure did lower to 1217 after the first call ... I knew it was to good to be true

The only downside to doing it that way is if later on the droids do revert back. I prefer to sell a 9000 Armor model and be up front telling them it will drop to 1217, but later on may revert back.
