Hello I just got Droid Eng for my second holo andBEFORE you hit the back button and flame this thread I just want too say I was pretty much excited about it. I read the post that said you could grind through DE in about 8 hours with steel and fiberplast but I am not interested in thatI am interested in thestuff that goes in the droids. I don't want too grind this profession out I want to learn the profession and what it is about. So if you could help me I want too know what materials the droids need and what stats they need too be good so I can start collecting.

I strongly recommend that you spend a LONG time reading over the sticky threads at the top of this board, and following the embedded links. There is a wealth of information available, and it will likely include a lot of things some of us have forgotten, or take for granted.

As for materials, someone posted a beautiful list of just about every resource DEs will need, just a day or three ago... And it's a pretty darned long list.

Welcome to the club. The best source for answers you seek are stickied at the top of this forum. The first three should be required reading for ALL aspiring DE's. There is also a lot of info on Allakhazam.com concerning the DE prof. Good luck and I hope you have 400k steel and 180k fiberplast!
