Do you have to be advertising IV? or Master Merchant?.......I"m at 3-4-2-4 merchant.

Please advise.......your help is greatly appreciated.

If you dealt with the DE in person and he didn't tellyou that's pretty low. I always make sure my customers know the good and the bad, and can use the droid I sell. If you bought it off a vendor, then giving that info is difficult, and I kind of tend toward Caveat Emptor.
