Well I haven't thought about barking droids being a PITA, and I do put people on the /addignore list if they spam something every 20 seconds or just anything ridiculous. I can't even read my spatial because things just scroll up up and away. It maybe a good strategy to advertise, but like a radio or TV, I should be able to turn it off if I don't like it. Every single person in my ignore list is due to spamming.

Now reading the DE forums I see this as a major problem. Some players have more than 1 account and if that person has a Merchant as a second account, you can guarentee that they'll put that char afk in theed or coronet spamming the bot away. It's kinda like a vendor that spams when someone gets near. I have never read anything a vendor had spewed out of it's lifeless body.

With this, I am not making barking droids for anyone.
