Okay, besides Droid Brains, EMM, EGP, Adv Droid Frames, Craft stations... Oh, and batteries too.
What else should one keep a lot in stock of to facilitate their efficiency of building droids?
I'm trying to amass a small stockpile of stuff (while I have resources) to be better prepared...
(Forgot what's required, but I am still a new master de... but still learning things!!)

I actually run a few crates of R3 ADV chassis (It takes some time and resources to make a decent amount, but worth it IMO), harvesting, and storage modules. I've only recently made crates of the storage mods (seem to be in demand for me, for some reason).

I do crates of r3 and probot chassis, armor 4 mods, combat socket CLUSTER full of combat and some full of harvest and a few full of autorepair, Med 4 and/or 6, item storage 4 and/or 6. Um, can't think of much else...I keep a few of the manipulator arms and arm packages, brains, advanced brains, advanced frames, advanced motives, droid sensors. If you have the stuff, armor 6 as well.

Depending on what sort of product lines you want to maintain, chassis are nice, but I found that keeping Motivators (not advanced so much as regular) around was a time saver for me. Also Manipulator Arms and Package Sets. I also do large runs of Combat Modules.

Don't forget about advanced droid frames. Keep these in crates and then you can quickly build just about any droid. most other components are good to crate up too like advanced motive systems...etc

Crates of Droid Sensor, and Droid Motive Systems are good to keep around. Manipulator Arms, and Maipulator Arm Package Sets are good also. I also have crates of Control Units.
