Thread: question about stacking modules

i looked thru the faq's as posted above but i dont understand some things, and have a few questions. First is with medical modules. say i have a lvl 6 module, that has a rating of 12. what does this mean? how does this compare to what everyone is saying about 110% being the best there is? do i have to make 10 modules to get the 120% from stacking, or am i missing something here. same with the crafting station, say i have one that is a 9, do i need to make enough to make 45 points for the architec ones?
i just dont understand the coralation between these two stats. what is a 110% med module? and what is a architec style crafting module?

the thing you are missing is that the mechanism rating on the medical modules does not mean what it looks like it means. for the Medical, Data Storage, and Item Storage modules, a rating of 12 gives the best possible functionality.

so what you are saying is that i cant have a function rating of say, 24, that only the 12, being the highest, is all i need to use to make the droid the best that it can be?

only for the modules that I listed. the other modules work differently.

For the Crafting stations, 12 is the highest you can go. Stacking the crafting station modules does no good.
